NetCapital.com is the Factor Fund. It is similar to Falcone's Hedge Fund. If something bad were to happen to PVSP, they would not want to take down NetCaptial.com. All the terms have been arranged through NCC. Remember, NCC has several LLC's. I don't remember how many, but that's how a VC protects itself from going under on a bad bet.
