Has anyone besides me read the annual report?
They approved a reverse split last Oct. 24 but have not filed the necessary FINRA crap to effectuate it. 25 to 1 RS. I wonder what they're waiting for. They say they need $750,000 to carry out their plans, will sell securities, blah blah blah. Anyone care to comment? I know this board is beyond dead but, hello? Hello?
