prior performance aside... i think the prediction
someone made for march 18th makes some sense

it is possible they have already closed a deal, but need money to create inventory to deliver the product, so they might want to wait until the moratorium is over to announce the news

since the stock price will probably rocket and then correct a little, they would not want to be issuing a few shares to build inventory in the correction but rather on the rocket

as other posters have pointed out, they have not lined their pockets in the past, so if they issue some shares, it will be for something that creates value for the stockholder

i would also not be surprised* if they were able to use the same financing company that says they will finance purchases for a shorter term production loan just to cover the time from beginning of production to installation and payment, in which case the news could come any day, and it could also come quite a bit later than anyone is hoping, but they would probably announce it as soon as it came

with expectations for news within a week or two being what they are/what has been created by the board members, it is possible this stock will drop temporarily, in which case you might want to be thinking of ways to be ready to buy some on the dip because i agree with the general consensus that it is a good product, and sooner or later it will catch on

as some have pointed out, HVAC can be a little conservative
so what seems obvious to lay people like me is not such an easy choice for the people working in the field

*contrary to my earlier thinking that they were not in a good position to borrow money. i forgot about the existing relationship with the financing company offering services to GDGI clients
