Replace JJ? What a silly comment. Without JJ, there is no Medinah. And MDMN owns 51% of MMC which essentially means MDMN owns 51% of JJ. Where do you think all of Medinah's properties have come from? Where do you think Medinah's future properties are going to come from?

Tell me, who are you going to replace him with? Have you thought what MDMN's business plan would be without JJ or is it just an ill-conceived knee-jerk reaction? If you don't like JJ running the company, nobody is holding a gun to your head to keep your shares. There are thousands of other juniors to invest in that JJ isn't involved with.

If you're invested here for ADL, then you have to accept the fact that these are his properties, ADL is for all intents and purposes his mountain to mine and the deal doesn't get done without him because it is HIS property. MDMN is essentially riding JJ's coattails.

Once the ADL transaction is completed, you can invest in Amarant's bonds or if they roll ADL into Mineral Invest, you can take a position there.
