What a joke seeing that .0018 on 10,000 shares, NO one can tell me that the MMs and others are not manipulating this stock.

I believe one has to be a complete morron to BUY a single share of CIRC, not until a court ruling is made there is nothing to gain being a BUYER.

If ruling is against CIRC, you can buy at .0003-.0004 and perhaps get a pop from there to make a small profit?
