I don't think they have any chance of doing anything. They spewed that car nonsense for years and even posted BS pictures with people sipping champagne around the showroom. Their IR guy repeatedly said no reverse split and that good things were always coming. That was their catch line.

They may have changed management but they are still the same useless company they have always been. Why do something productive when you can just keep dumping shares on the masses and then reverse split it over and over?

They went from electric cars to fishing rods. Pretty much says it all.
