Depend how big is other company they are merging with.

Anything above $50M should cause a multi days runner here.

Sell strategy is different for every investor.

Some take profit at once and some set at different orders and some always leave a core position.

Since BEMG is already current I think we may see a 8K in the form of RM announcement.

My opinion only.
