Not true. Your statement is not at all what was confirmed at Cowen. What was confirmed was that there was "clear evidence of dose switching". Though I agree with you and many here that this implies a deliberate act and done by one person, this has only been confirmed by the response from Chris that was posted on this board.

I personally believe the long time posters when they say that they had communication with IR. I also very much appreciate that they share this information on this board. But I think that it is important that we not confuse our sources when arguing facts to the nay sayers on this board.
