well for whatever reason this guy always bashes the company like HE runs thailand or something in my opinion i think hes just a shorter; why else is he always posting on here? but as i always state do your own DD corruption is everywhere murders are everywhere everything happens everywhere; these third world countries are trying to legitimize themselves to tourists and business people these are the people who bring money into these countries abd the people in it; additionally this is only one of many areas looking at these meters i know of france spain and brazil are all being negotiated with; i believe we'll have a good indication as to the next step by the end of march beginning of april. at that point production will only be a few months away
