let's see. $2.7 billion for one field x 15% = $405,000,000 and ERHE had working capital of around $850K as of June 30th 2005. That only leaves $404,150,000 to go. Or at $.50 per share that's 808,300,000 more shares. Or if Offor fronts the money and converts the shares at $.25 that's only about 1,016,000,000 shares plus interest. For one field in one block.
