I respectfully disagree with you. ALL successful investors desire to buy as low as possible so that they can acquire the greatest return on their investment.

No they won't buy any random penny stock based on the loose chatter of an iHub board but they would SURELY buy on the word of their successful friend & owner of the 17 million dollar annual revenue TORQ company who has proven a "BUSINESS ACUMEN" through their revenues.

If you (as someone who's supposedly run a fortune 5, multi-million dollar company) actually knew the owner of TORQ and had confirmed evidence that TORQ really brought in 17 million in revenue, would you disregard the owner if he told you to buy DUTV stock because of what was about to happen? Where's the "Business Acumen" in that?
