But I will direct your attention to the pps action of PBLS just before the takeoff up to .0128...Do you see the similarity of the pattern then, to what it is forming now?

Your chart shows a 'Declining Price Channel' which on a normal stock is 'Bearish'...In my many years of studying charts, I see something different...

I call 'Lower Lows/Lower Highs' a 'Bull Flag', and use them frequently in my DayTrading of YHOO, and have found them to be Very reliable...

Penny Stocks do not react the same way as Big Board stocks... and T/A of them is quite different...With the right catalyst, PBLS will take out the old high of .128 with ease...JMHO
