This is a very astute assessment. If what is being bantered about here on this board regarding the future of DUTV in the IPTV market are true then SOMEONE else knows about it and would be buying shares of DUTV in mass quantity because of the extremely low price.

I don't see that happening. You may even want consider those involved in the TORQ deal. Although stock shares were probably involved in the deal (if a deal truly exists) then why wouldn't the owner(s) of a company worth 17 million dollars/annual revenue who made a deal with a company with very little cash assests (according the DUTV financials) not tell some of their friends about this deal too. They apparently think enough of DUTV to trade in their 17 million annual rev for the potential future value of this company. They must believe it's worth AT LEAST 17 million dollars annually or somewhere close to that.

So why wouldn;t they want to share the wealth by having some of their friends get in on the deal before the share price explodes.

I would imagine that someone who owned a company making 17 million annually would have at least a few wealthy friends who would be glad to take them up on the potentially profitable advice.

Anyway, a very good question. I'd love to get an opinion from an attorney or someone who's run a multi-million fortune 5 company.
