I see that they CAP'N has posted a disclaimer of his own.

He don' want anybody buying CDEX based on the BOOLSHEET he is posting. His oinky aim is to let the shareholders in on his fab DD. As if there was anything new in the stuff he has dug up!!

But he has not supplied any DD on some critical questions. Can CDEX produce the IG4 in Volume for sale or rent? Have they enough money to do that?? Do they have the staff to produce or do they have to contract it out?? In their own filing, they say that they cannot do either unless they can sell shares, which they have not done.

(ASSUMING THAT they can do that, are they staffed to market it
which also costs a lot of money.)

The above assumes that the CDEX IG4 is really real. Which it is not, nor will it sell. Its only real purpose is to try to convince the gullible that CDEX has a future beyond the next few months...and SELL SHARES. IT IS STILL A SHARE SELLING SCAM!!
