You seem to imply that 50 million shares is "average" volume for a penny pinkie. This is patently false. I can assure you that the majority regularly trade less than 1 million, and often less than 100,000, shares per day. In fact, I often see penny (or sub-penny) pinks trading less than 10,000 shares per day.

Even the massively popular (and controversial) MJNA has only done 50 million shares a grand total of two times.

According to my TDAmeritrade scanner, there were 3,807 stocks that closed between .00001 and $2.00 today, and only 11 saw 50 million shares traded -- and this was extremely heavy volume for most of them.

So, once again, this information is patently false and misleading. The fact that we did 3+ million shares without any news means that there are still many eyes on DROP.
