ORDER GRANTING DEBTORS’ MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE FOR FILING
SECOND AMENDED DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND PLAN
THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the Debtors’ Motion to Extend Deadline for
Filing Second Amended Disclosure Statement and Plan, and the Court, having reviewed and considered
any responses or objections thereto, hereby
FINDS that good cause exists to extend the deadline for filing a second amended disclosure
statement. The Court therefore
ORDERS the Debtors’ Motion for a 31-day extension is GRANTED. The deadline for filing a
second amended disclosure statement is extended up to and including April 8, 2013.
