well guess we will see in the end of march but good news none the less; once one area mandates it will be over; whether it be spain or brazil or thailand; the rest will fall like dominos; it comes down to what the MONEY wants, in these countries the MONEY is the tourist and business people and i know as a tourist i wouldnt like gettin ripped off by no meter jockey; as for all you shorters, i did give you FARE warning last week BUY TO COVER or your gonna eat this one. as far as value of the stock these meters cost about $180 per unit which the drivers can offset with advertising revenue there are over 20 million in use mmmmm that's a few billion right there. replace every 3-4 years billions more even with 300 millions shares that in the upside of holysh*t
