Closing at near low of day on huge volume.Everyone seems afraid of it here so it may have another down day, that blood in the streets thing made me buy.

Positives
* 30 million O/S - no doubt weak hands were thrown out
* 67% institutional owned - the boyz will walk it up
* The stock had already sunk from the 30's to around 20 before the bad news came out.
* if anyone thinks of buyout I expect talks would start at 17 to 18. Expect the institutional owners will be pressing for this option.
* I would actually expect a buyout to be around 20, wild guess. Merger would cut costs drastically and improve margins.

Negative
* nobody wanted this today, only lower prices brought in buyers.

Expect a better entry to come Friday, bought today as any positive news will be the headline Friday.
