Not a sure thing we need news to move up. We are seeing a little action now, if the ask can get hit a little bit and we can get over that 7 cent hump we may see people jump in and buy.

The problem has been that even for people that see the opportunity in this stock and want to buy, there has been no reason to be in any hurry to buy now, or do more than sit on the bid.

We get a little upward action and maybe the big bid sitters move to the ask. While we obviously have not seen a lit of people willing to buy, we also have not seen many willing to sell either.
