Well, I reconfirmed with the consulting company and they confirmed that everything after Audit 1 is solely their responsibility and they take full liability if Audit 2 would fail, according to them that never happened!
Also the TOTAL time from Step 1 through Audit 1 and Audit 2 and getting CE Mark is specified at 4 to 6 months.
Since we had Audit 1 already on time, we should be done end of April and having CE Mark issued to SOLOS ENDOSCOPY! Since we strted the second time around in November. So it might be March or April folks.
Also note that one person of the company works strictly with EResources and implements all the steps needed. That takes time and energy, now I know why there are enews cgotten behind and STUPID schedule didnt get updated.
Who gives a damn what the schedule says, I know they working diligent, as the president says with EResources to get this done!

The implementation of a Quality system is a highly variable procedure; each Quality System is different and must be uniquely tailored to match the needs of the individual company, as well as the requirements of the standard. Generally speaking, under the guidance of an consultant, we estimate that a fully compliant Quality Management System can be implemented in a company of less than 50 employees and one facility in the space of four to six months.
Furthermore, if we are implementing the Quality System and if all of our consultant’s recommendations are followed as instructed, we guarantee that the manufacturer will pass the audit. If not, and that never happened, we would take action to bring the manufacturer into compliance at no additional cost.
I would note that it is also recommended that the company appoint an internal Quality Representative, who will have significant time involvement with the project, largely to ensure that the System is functioning correctly and makes sense for the individual company.
