The warrant is totally without merit,

So you agree that Wallace "manufactured" this VA misdemeanor warrant for Spencer for the sole purpose of "scaring investors off" GOSY?

So Wallace, at minimum, is a liar?

GOSY's DE attorney is soooo happy these days. Wallace just keeps "shooting himself in the foot."
