You don't just walk into another guy's property and start mining. There is ALWAYS a payment up front to him in either shares or cash or both. And it's only a M O U right now. When a Formal Agreement is made up -- if ever -- there will be details and it will be filed with the S E C. So far it is their usual Mickey Mouse way of doing things. Where is this N R filed -- I can't find it yet ?? Link please.
