Louislasvegas is not a smart investor, all his stocks are bloated by dilution, he doesn't like companies that have revenues with a small float, where the CEO's average price is over one dollar. He will regret not investing in MERR when it trades over one dollar within a year. He doesn't get it that MERR is a brokerage house that can easily push their own stock up over a dollar if they wanted to. Even if MERR wanted to do a secondary, they would do it at over a dollar and I would be fine with that. We probably have less than one million in the float after Chez's holding.

He needs to do more research while we all laugh all the way to the bank.
