Not sure why you needed to send me a PM (below). I will not be replying anymore, as there is absolutely no need. I will say again, I am happy with my position and ready to let it roll for the duration, I already made a nice profit, and so all my shares are freebies. I believe the company has a chance. It is one that is in a good field, and having a woman majority shareholder will enable them to have a better chance at getting some contracts. That will not help unless they perform, but if they then do, it is a good foot in the door they have achieved.
As for DD there is rarely you can do too much with these companies, but they do have a lease on a property which is being paid regularly (many pinks do not), they do employ some people who have in the past done pretty well in the field, including I think significantly the CEO's husband. These are in the area of sales and the technical side. This will take time, they should not be employing a whole bunch of people yet, use contractors, employ when you have to.
If it fails, so be it, I still did ok out of them, if they perform well, I could do extremely well, I am not counting on anything though.
I have still not seen any reason for you to be posting here, or are you just a samaritan who goes around message boards warning people that pink sheets are dangerous. we know they are. Why not just move on to something you like and have a positive attitude, you will enjoy life much more.

I only write this to try to inform others to not only do their DD on companies, but also on fellow bloggers.
Stop the pump now. If you have some facts then just tell what they are, and give links to where we can all read them. If they are true, then maybe the price will move on the knowledge. I guess you have no back up to your comments
As a listed company their first priority is to the shareholders,
but I am very happy doing my own little thing.
Can we keep this board to facts. There are too many pumpers and dumpers out there, and comments like that are just ridiculous.
Until such time as I read facts from you, that I can back up with my own DD you are just another pumper on the board, and I have seen quite a number on here.
Traders and Investors, my opinion is that everything I read unless I can prove it through DD is just some pumping by the traders looking to get it up (and then sell)
