The damage Playboy has done to CIRC et al is huge. They went behind their backs, told distributors not to pay so that it would hurt CIRC's ability to pay per license agreement. They encouraged CIRC to invest more money in establishing distribution, knowing they weren't going to renew the agreement. They've destroyed CIRCs reputation with distributors by showing a lack of brand support. Jimmy douchebag is a real turd who ought to be thrown in a river.

If CIRC proves all of it, which exhibits seem to show a lot of proof, then I could see a settlement near $100 million. This is a market with billion dollar players. Not saying they could match that soon, but they have a great brand and had global distribution agreements set up before Playboy started screwing with them.
