To join in the sabotage discussion, I would look at who CSM does alot of work with (BP). A company using CSM on a regular basis that would have a "working relationship" with the staff. If the motive was to derail PPHM a cosy relationship fostered over years of working together might have been enough , along with the requisite $, to gum up the trial. If a BP thought PPHM had a potential blockbuster, by corrupting the control group with BAVI the spread between the control group and the untouched 3mg group would narrow. Again all conjecture, but if the motive was to gum the trial up but not derail maybe they thought it would go undetected.

Who did the coding for the 1st line NSCLC? Didn't that control group have a historically high MOS? just wondering

I like (hope) the reason PPHM was out telling their story to institutional investors was because the inflection point for the stock is fast approaching. The most obvious hopium would be Breakthrough Designation...something to think about! There was a new found confidence in the Cowen presentation.
