I have spoken to hvac installers and they don't recommend this. For and old inefficient system it's great, but the newer systems won't reach their highest efficiency if they never reach the proper run time. So installing this will not give you any advantage, you would realize the same savings by just letting it deal with the heat the way it was designed to. You would have to undersized the unit for the building and use the cool n save for it to make a difference... Also they said they just can't recommend misting a unit constantly, they are made to be rained on but not constantly.
