I don't understand why there are paid promoters and news keeps coming out. Yesterday, APS was still sending out emails. Tells me that this stock isn't done yet.

Did this happen with the other APS picks?

APS is still revealing that this is the "Monster pick of the month" on their website. This is March not February.
