Did you also mentioned the PPHM 'Vienna' retraction upfront knowledge case, the PPHM Sept 7th presentation slides incident and mid-session HALT instead of late session HALT (that costed us) and the AF street article with the "unbelieve" of the PPHM 2nd ln NSCLC results. The twitter time stamps may be of help too for some of the above.
I know that on the first point above you'll get GOOD reactions. Its harder evidence then you may, at this point of disclosure, believe.
By the way, for the board, agencies that may have an interest in the PPHM case and that are up to some extend COMPETITORS on cases (for budget granting reasons - reason why it is important they know other agencies received the same information):
FDA: Well, it happened at their licensed CRO and the regulation as posted on this board includes mandatory warning on detection, etc.
SEC: It goes without saying that this is a case were inside knowledge or coordination may have resulted in one or many infractions on SEC regulation.
FBI: We are dealing with the usage of the internet for stock manipulation and coordination. While coordination is a crime more of interest of the SEC, internet crime is a PURE FBI matter. Furthermore, the sabotage part, appart from stock manipulation, may have resulted in early death of people by not receiving their medication.
NSA: If coordinated attacks on new innovative, high research grade, companies are executed in systematic ways, possibly not even for the reasons all of us expect, but just to acquire them, shelf shares, so that they can be used ones the poison pill is put out of work (A loan forbidding the issuance of shares by capital augmentation, ATM or any other means) then this becomes a threat for US economy. In the light of the evens of a month ago that in China complete 'gov' endorsed groups are in high tech centers deploying a huge effort to hack into Western countries computers and steel industrial and economical information will certainly attract extra NSA attention on cases such a Peregrine. How many times have we been saying someone is keeping the lid on our stock, that it is under valued, that is is under attack, etc! And now, sabotage!
DOD: PPHM works now indirectly, behind the curtains possibly still directly, for the military. They have an interest that their programs are not delayed or sabotaged either. They are by nature a little more rude but in the end this investigation may need some powder.
So in view of a PDF and a good Excel file with clear information, correlations and facts or possible facts to be verified and well documented many of them have a quick entry and can asses extremely fast if they will investigate or not.
