IMO the more likely scenario would be KNSC goes belly up wiping out the shareholders & Ken starts a NEW business, new name. Ken may be at the point where the I.R.S. says SSWC/KNSC has not shown a profit in 4 years, therefore the I.R.S. considers it a HOBBY not a business. I just don't see another business or individual buying or merging/reverse merging with a company that has nothing to offer. Of all the patents Ken/KNSC/Glynntech has, apparently none have lead to any value for the shareholders.
