Thank you. I forgot to mention that OGINVu's post #25497 is also helpful. LCJI would have to sell the 9.99% it owns every time it does more debenture financing with MCET. They are limited to owning 9.99% of the O/s. This explains why MCET hovers around .0020 most of the time. In order for MCET to get money, LCJI must sell it's 9.99% stake so it can get another 9.99% stake.

Also, LCJI wins both ways. It makes money by selling the discounted shares and it will also make money if the stock goes up.

JMHO (but it explains why this stock needs major news)
