ERBB may be primed for a breakout.

We hit the 50MA, we had a press release which people should read about tmrw and Eric Holder said he is talking/working with the states on the MJ issues today during the meeting. The interviewing senator is personally behind letting the states choose for them selves, and not wasting anymore money, (like holders private jet trips) perhaps he will act as a barometer for the rest of congress.
