Is the reason to believe that settlement already occurred (or is in process ) that the lawyers got paid their 300K already??

If the money works through the BK estate... given the 20 mill BAC + whatever settlement they worked out, wouldn't that leave us common shareholders with something (hopefully more than 2c)??

Also, if Guy and UWBKQ decide to go through an appeal
1. Would they release a PR ?
2. Would the BK process stretch out to accommodate it?


Given these circumstances, I see why SOME Shareholders would sell, but there is still hope for UWBKQ to pop up to at least 10c or higher...

Also, if the insiders sold, I think we would have more than 6 million volume already and they would be the first to sell....
