China Resources Land Oak Bay Project

Construction passed safety test to start project July 23 2012

Construction Unit in Charge of this huge Project

90% Owned
Liaoning International Construction Engineering Group

Wonder how much we gonna make off of that $180 million dollars in 2013

Resources Land Oak Bay 2.2, at the most northerly located in Shenyang - Yuhong District, White Hill Road, the north side of the construction unit of China Resources (Shenyang) Development Co., Ltd., contractors Liaoning International Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., the total project investment 800 million yuan, ($180 Million US) started on March 1, 2012, for completion by August 30, 2014, total construction area of 210,000 square meters.
