Fasctrack,

I emailed Brian this morning and I just got off the phone with him.

The just of the Poland project is this; The project was centered around the KDS technology and program. The KDS-6 sale was just the first machine that was to be sold. The Government of Poland was investing with a utility company 10 mil dollars towards this Bio project and was to purchase its electricity for .11 KWH. Two things happened. 1st was that the Government decided to last minute change what they were willing to pay from the .11 to .05 making the project extremely unprofitable. The Government also wanted to get involved in the bidding process. Equipment could not be purchased outright but needed to be bid out to 3 qualified bidders at minimum.

After much work the utility decided to scrap the biomass project in its entirety. It sounds to me like the company CEO told Poland to shove it ....

A huge disappointment to Brian as he has been working on this for a very long time.

If Brian PR'd this project due to its huge effect it would have on FASC, what would shareholders think now. Brian says he has had so many disappointments he refuses to make public anything until it is installed and paid for.

He continues to work on projects and can never be sure which ones are going to come to reality based on a customers word alone.

It costs a lot of money to work with potential customers, samples, testing, trips, presentations etc. etc. etc.

Brian sounded a little more optimistic than he has in the last couple of months.

Two machines in inventory
