Ok well if I'm understanding that those shares have been sold (VERT recently) and 7,000,000 shares is peanuts. Wish I got more 0.009s, DARN IT! We can name many stocks that have been in death spiral recently,(sadly I'm in a few). SPOM is not one of them, but I know you want cheapies just as much as I do.
