However, be careful with:

The small molecule value may lie in its ability to also access PS targets inside the cell that have not migrated to the surface.

I ventured there when FTM and goodJohn were in a deep scientific discussion (incl localized and systemic action, activating the immune response, etc, etc of Bavi) and according KT I projected something that was not really what the MOA said (and indeed that was so) when I advance the theory and a mechanism (maybe not the right one but say at least an attempt to support the statement) that Bavi could enter the cell and how it could exist there and remove some of it's activity latency ones something got wrong with the cell because it would already be in place (don't confound with FTM's vaccine post).

But Bavi targeting PS inside the cell wasn't very well accepted on the board (as was my sabotage post in January, as was my Bavi activity latency in Viral post in 2010 after gov contract ended, etc I am getting used to it :) ). Bavi was sabotaged, Bavi's latency is becoming more visual also in oncology (pancreatic ECOG 2 patients) and for Bavi entering the cell we'll have to wait some to know the verdict.

Remember, it was said you need the presence of blood to have all needed molecules to allow Bavi to bind with PS. Since there is no blood inside the cell Bavi can't bind to the PS on the inside of the cell membrane (which was what I claimed could happen to explain how it remained there). Maybe it doesn't bind there but ones past the receptor gate and inside the cell just manages to stay there and floats in the cytoplasm without being destroyed/consumed. Then when the cell is damaged the rest of the story remains the same, Bavi is at its post and can immediately bind with the PS ones blood is present.

Just saying, you know, not asking anybody to believe me. I am a real positive but a pseudo-scientist :)
