A number of problems come with the r/s.
The main one being investor conference. Regardless of the r/s PEIX would not be able to hold 1.00 if no one is buying the stock.

Other issues also signal a problem, like the fact that a lot of the shares are held by institutions and they just issued themselves shares that they can't exercise untill way after the r/s date.

Regardless of thr r/s, filings like this stink of incompetence.
I am starting to consider black listing PEIX. (Black list: Only play it short)
