It's a great sounding PR to save the PPS from the gutter after the BOD and their only well split from Volk. Just an ambiguous letter to sucker people in who want to run their money fast w/o doing DD. When was it written? What are the terms? They've had the letter for months and chose not to use it,IMO. WGAS has not even publicly acknowledged the Paxton litigation with Montecito.
