That one PR was full of bologne to cover up the recently departed BOD and their only well.(small as it was)It was also a letter most likely written 8mos ago but not released until there was a need to maket he stock look good in light of how aweful the BOD and well departure would have been perceived. True there may not be daily fluff PR's but that was certainly a disingenuous attempt to keep the stock afloat.
