When accusing others of telling lies it is usually somewhat beneficial to your argument to state your source of the facts that you believe were misrepresented.

Since you give no source for your version of what you say went on inside of this company that you do not invest in, one can only conclude that you have no such source and no inside information.

Accusing someone of telling lies because their statements do not mention the events that you imagine might have happened is a very weak excuse for a very offensive statement.
