Q. Why is the share price still stuck down at .004 after falling from .02 last year to .002 this year.
A. Last time I checked, pps is more a factor of MMs and silly little newbie "investors," not company progress towards its business plan. People will get it, eventually. We just "got it" sooner. SNDY pps is undervalued; simple as that.
Q. Why is SNDY still diluting its stock.
A. Really? Do a little math... the dilution is minimal in recent months. They will take over a year to get near their A/S if they continue as they are. They, unlike many other pennies, are using the funds wisely. No issues here. I wouldn't be surprised if they paid off the rest of their debt and funded the rest of the ISO/CE Mark process. Q. Why did SNDY make the PUMP and DUMP Hall of Fame.
A. No credible evidence of P&D involvement exists. You know that commercial with the girl that's dating the French model, because "they can't put anything on the internet that isn't true." This P&D business it kinda like that...
Q. Why did SNDY have a DTC Chill on the Stock.
A. They were caught up with a bunch of other stock... the chill on SNDY was lifted for a reason, and way quicker then some speculated. A good sign, not a bad one.
Q. Why has SNDY had such questionable relationships with shady partners like Boost Marketing.
A. Proof, of any kind... And if they are, SNDY can't account for the actions of Boost (proof?). And if Boost was so guilty, how is it they're still operating?
Q. Why was SNDY being investigated by the SEC for contaminating the float with illegally issued stock in the first place, and why is it no one knows for sure if the SEC is even finished with their SNDY investigation.
A. Investigation? Really? Where's the PROOF! "Being investigated..." Still waiting for evidence.
Q. Why has SNDY had four massive Reverse Splits and counting, repeatedly destroying past shareholder value and burning through billions of shares, only to wash, rinse, and repeat the cycle over and over again.
A. We know the past, but each and every factor must be considered together. The S/S is completely different now. The fundamentals are completely different now. SNDY is in a completely different place... crystal clear.
