Today at 0930 EST it's only a hearing with AG Holder.
There will be testimony coming from scheduled speakers
on the subject of MMJ, industrial Hemp and the federal statues
concerning the present classification and the possibility of some sort of revision to the statue.
IMO AG Holder will be communicating to the country that 18 states
have spoken loud and clear in their disagreements with the Fed. classification and new and old uses of MMJ and Indust. Hemp
have triggered a close study to determine which way the DOJ will
go.
IMO, there will be no decisions made at the hearing.
The decision will come after the Fed. Statue has been rewritten
or stayed based on this hearing and in conjunction with the results of an on-going or future studies impacting Medicine, Industry and IRS.

If the above scenario takes place, 1933 End of Prohibition is
here all over again with a big plus for Industry and
Medicine.
AG Holder will give us his answer in advance during his summary.
