When California had recreational pot on the ballot back in 2010 before people even went to the polls Holder issued a stern waring that even if the bill passed federal law would crack down hard on it. Keep in mind he said this even before the vote which ended up not passing anyways. Point is it has now been over 4 months since co and wa passed and he has not once issued such a stern warning as he did in 2010. We get good news tomo is my bet.
