supyoscn If the Feds legalize all it means is it opens the floodgates for more states to legalize pot. It means a Boom for HSCC not that its over. If pot is illegal in a state there is no market for pot except illegal market. The illegal grow operations aren't regulated its the legalized one.

Legalized Marijuana is the most regulated industry in the world. The pr today did a lousy job of defining HSCC role in the legalized Marijuana.

The states want to control the industry and tax the hell out of it.
How do you control something? You keep watch over it 24hours a day.

Here's a video of a Colorado grow operation. Watch it and pay close attention to the security portion starting with statements at 1:20 1:43 2:00. That's just the security portion. Compliance regulations require every single part of every operation under 24/7 surveillance literaly from the seed to the sale. The growers, producers, shippers, dispensaries.

That is a part of the role HSCC would play. HSC and its consultants worked with the Colorado Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division MMED and Legislators that wrote the laws. HSCC is looking to provide a complete solution to the states as they go from illegal to legal Marijuana.

Legal Marijuana does not mean unregulated Marijuana just the opposite. The states want to control every single plant and tax the Hell out of it. Compliance laws and surveillance is the key to control
This will be a huge boom and we've only seen the tip of the iceberg. What it means to HSCC shareholders. When HSCC gets known to Major Media as a Non Diluted Pick N Shovel Pot play in all aspects of the market the stock will take off.
