My gut tells me all of the above that yes they can get an JV offer. But with HM NORDs problem is solved and rest assured that lill ole LBSR could absolutely evolve into a GIANT with the help of NORD. NORD presents the logistics to a "T", so far. Dont be too surprised if the SMART money wants goes with the ZTEM results. My looking at the GIANT aspect is that we can be very pragmatic about growth. One big plus is we could refill the old hole in the ground up at NORD. Just expressing that i love the NORD GIANT GROWTH concept. We shall see.
