I know that was the reason because the TA's gagged. If he was sticking to his limits, no need to gag the TA. Obviously it wasn't to hide a buy back.

How can he keep issuing new shares quiet? It will come out sooner or later. Look at all the asctivity on this board. He couldn't even hide the 63M. I'm not so sure he gagged TA for this reason, but who knows?
