That's interesting, thanks. Were they the ones sitting at .0395 eod? I glanced at the L2 a couple of times briefly, but really was watching a couple of other tickers. I do remember some large offers close to .04. I would bet that ARCA was trying to short, but you never know. I've seen him do it before on CERP. They must not know about the news, LOL.
