Yes MAPPO, I still have a relatively small account at Scottrade.
Much worse than the slowness of their BVIG issuance, is that when you put cash into your account there, you still have to wait four business days (it turns out to be a week), before you can use your own money!
That's why I have much larger account in Etrade.
In Etrade, when you put cash in, you can use your money in ten seconds!
