The Fed legislated that process patents could not affect the financial industry as it would impact commerce. I fully expect this will happen here too. The Federal government has legislated healthcare processes and efficiencies. This patent being enforced is a pipe dream. It will be invalidated. Look at CDVT. Those guys had the patent on preloading a debit card and battled for 7 years after having multiple court rulings in their favor. Finally a judge said it was BS and they were done. That will most definitely happen here too.
